Junior Problem Solving Manager

As a Junior Problem Solving Manager (m/f/d) in our Clarification Team, you will be responsible for resolving complex cases related to deliveries, shipments, products and reporting results. In your daily work, you will have the opportunity to learn the details of the processes in the Problem Solving Department. You will work in close cooperation with the Operations Department. The position is located in Robakowo near Poznań.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• daily contact with the supplier
• clarification of delivery discrepancies with the supplier
• cancellation of customer orders
• notification of change in delivery dates of customer orders
• daily contact with teams within the organization
• organization of returns to suppliers
• identifying and initiating process improvements
• participation in internal projects
• monitoring of daily KPIs
• performance reporting

YOU COME WITH

• knowledge of English at an upper intermediate level: daily communication with employees
• knowledge of MS Excel
• ability to communicate in Polish in speech and writing
• asset: knowledge of JIRA
