We are seeking a (Senior) Photo Producer (m/f/d) to join our Product Imagery Team in Robakowo. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a content production environment, along with excellent project management skills. You will report directly to the Team Lead of Product Imagery. WHAT YOU'LL DO
collaborate with a team of product photographers, retouchers and logistics specialists to deliver best-in-class, premium product images produced on a daily basis
manage the weekly production schedule and capacity planning for pack shot production, ensuring optimal utilization of team resources. Assign tasks based on availability and expertise, and maintain transparent communication with the Operations Manager at HQ
develop production briefings for photographers to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with creative guidelines, incorporating all relevant product USPs.
work closely with a dedicated logistics team and the samples manager to plan all photo samples effectively, ensuring all necessary supplies are prepared in advance
maintain close communication with key stakeholders in HQ like Buying or the Photo Editing team in Warsaw - align production plans with priority samples and Collection Launches
oversee all processes and workflows using Asana, ensuring team members are trained on its usage and consistently update their progress accurately.
assist the Teamlead Product Imagery and support with studio-related tasks, including maintenance and any additional production needs - ensuring effective day-to-day operations
participate in weekly production meetings, including the Production Jour Fixe, team meetings and alignment sessions with the Production teams in Warsaw. Prepare updates, propose improvements, and contribute ideas to enhance processes and workflows
monitor and track production output weekly and monthly, supporting the team in achieving an annual target of over 6000 samples
YOU COME WITH
3 - 5 years professional experience in a content production environment.
proficiency in English (B2 - C1 level), as it is our company language
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
outstanding project management skills, knowledge in Asana or Monday.com is a plus
strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
capability to think outside the box and openness to constructive feedback.
