Manager - Team Leader AAGI P&C Retail Bangkok - Broker 2

Responsible for maintaining and developing relations with all producers and identify business opportunities in order to achieve sales target, and coaching and sharing good practices to team member in order to achieve sales target

1. Manage, supervise and control expenditure within the limited budget.

2. Make suggestions/recommendations for the improvement of working procedures or processes to increase work efficiency of the unit

3. Supervise and support subordinates by providing directions, guidelines and coaching in order to increase and strengthen work effectiveness/efficiency, good working morale and teamwork among staff to ensure that all work is performed according to the plan and complies with company standards.

4. Perform activities that are related to HR area including staff performance appraisal, individual career planning and staff training by cooperating with HR department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Direct Experience in sales and marketing in financial institutions insurance or insurance Industry
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
