Responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance related to pricing reviews for all existing and new products spanning Motor, PA, Property and Commercial Lines, and driving innovation in Technical Excellence through the delivery of key projects working across the business and leading the Portfolio Management function to report on, assess, and manage segment profitability to drive portfolio change through the organization.

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

1) Payment Requisition Form

  • Provide advice and guidance to team in managing payment requisition forms
  • Collect and check the accuracy of payment requisition form to perform payment for vendor, hospital, policy holder, staff and revenue department
  • Track and monitor to ensure that all payment requisition forms are aligned with the budgeting, management authorization, company’s policy and compliance including code of conduct
  • Review and ensure the accuracy in recording and maintaining the payment information into Sun Accounting System

2) Payment Process

  • Review and ensure that all the payment files are in the right formats according to Banks’ requirements
  • Track and monitor to ensure that all competed payment files are submitted to Treasury & Cash Management to proceed payment process (e.g. DCA, Cheuqe) with accuracy and in timely manner

3) Payment related Report

  • Lead and manage team to prepare payment related reports (e.g. tax payment, staffs’ advance payment)
  • Review and provide guidance to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payment related reports
  • Ensure that the payment related reports are submitted to relevant departments according to the timeline and the requests

4) Tax Payment

  • Monitor the rules and regulatory regarding to Tax payment
  • Check and define the requirements for tax payment (e.g. withholding tax, duty stamp, special business tax, double tax agreement), according to the rules and regulatory
  • Provide advice and guidance in preparing and submitting all tax payment documents to Revenue Department for tax payment process

Must Have

  • Bachelor ‘s degree in Finance and Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, or other related fields in insurance or banking business

Nice to Have

  • Finance and accounting skill
  • Knowledge of tax payment (e.g. rules and regulatory regarding to Tax payment
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
