Sr BI Developer, DIS

Job Purpose

We are now looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our Data & Insights Services team. The purpose of the role is to enable management of existing end-to-end BI solutions, implement projects, processes and systems that support the Data and insights Services teams as well as the Business Units . The role sits alongside reporting teams and offers an opportunity to work within a high-performing team focused on delivering timely and quality standard management and operations reporting, ad-hoc analysis and design of new reports.

The activities of the Data and Insight Service Team are aimed to support the decision-making process of the business units, to ultimately accelerate business performance for CCEP.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills and curiosity with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency/continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the BI strategy for DIS
• Generate new ideas for creative and effective methods of presenting management information and implement these into proof-of-concept dashboards
• Designing robust and scalable workflows and ETL processes using a variety of tools and technologies
• Develop complex data models and front end reports in Power BI
• Develop best practices for data management, security and quality control
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the data lifecycle
• Lead the full lifecycle of BI projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, demonstrating ownership and accountability for results
• Ability to read and debug SQL
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in existing BI processes and systems, proposing and implementing solutions
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team

Experiencepreferred

• 5 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic environment like a multinational organization or a Shared Services Centre

Qualifications required

• Bachelor/Master in Information Management, another Master degree or equivalent through experience.

Functional technical skills required

Must have :

• 3+ of professional experience in data related fields
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Ability to work well independently and as part of an agile team
• Experience with Power Bi
• SQL experience/knowledge

Considered as a plus :

• Version control systems (Git) experience/knowledge
• Experience with Salesforce API or similar
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
