Your Role
Your primary objective is to be successful in gaining + retaining customers by offering industry leading solutions. You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:• To take the lead in major customer tender proposals, driving compelling logistics concepts.• To manage others in the development of successful customer solutions.• To drive innovation, introducing + implementing new concepts + technology while building on existing best practices.• To present solutions to the customer as key part of the tendering process.• To be the business partner for your management team when addressing solution queries from customers, as well aschallenging the status quo + customers in a constructive way where needed.
Your Responsibilities
Leading customer tender response projects to define best-in-class solution options for the customer Include advanced knowledge of technology and equipment into the proposal
Independently create a solutions design with the required cost models. Create a detailed data analysis from provided customer data
Drive value proposition of the solution offering Lead team members during the tender process
Lead customer response from a customer solutions perspective and be a main contact for the customer Lead implementations and optimization projects
Mentors engineers and analysts to achieve their promotion goals
Actively use knowledge of changes/trends within the market that will impact logistics services Reviews work of others (4 eye check)
Train team members on engineering and market know-how
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Degree
Advanced English skills
Minimum of 5 years in contract logistics
Proven project management experience and ability to handle complex projects effectively
