Support a specific unit of our distributor partner from local sales managers to sales reps and lead them to execute our strategy in the Downtrade channel in a given geographical area through business tracking, action planning, training, market visits and motivation in order to deliver a 100% implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.

Responsibilities
Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the region: Perfect Store, store coverage, distribution, share value, sales objectives, etc
Build great relationships and high engagement in defined region with our distributor partner and our top customers leveraging the world of Red Bull
Implementing our business plan for the channel according to the agreed conditions and priorities in stores making sure every key person in the DP is aligned and prepare to deliver from day one
Train, motivate, lead and develop the skills of the DP team in order to maximize their potential and results. Make all the field visits and sales coaching necessary with each of them.
Ensure that team secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards
To establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity. To foster strong relationships between Red Bull and the distributor team.
Administrative work: fulfil all reports in due dates, use reports to analyze and develop the distributor KPIs.
Requisitos
0 to 1 year experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG
Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills
Strong analytical and organizational ability
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
