We are looking for an experienced Auckland based Customer Care Specialist to join the Customer Care Team, responsible for managing one of our largest Aerospace clients.
Your Role
Reporting to the National Customer Care Manager, you will be a key contact for this complex, yet rewarding, key account. As the successful candidate, you will have at least 3-5 years import and export airfreight experience, and a strong passion for delivering customer excellence. Your dedication to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer’s needs will be key to your success!
Your Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer specific KPI’s are met
Serving as a key point of contact and responsible for providing the customer with up-to-date information on shipments throughout the order lifecycle (import, export and cross-trade)
Liaising with local and overseas KN stations and agents to facilitate the movement and successful completion of shipments
Determining specific service requirements and ensuring regulatory requirements and documentation are correct
Building long term and effective relationships with one key customer
Your Skills and Experiences
A minimum of 3+ years air logistics experience, preferably in export airfreight
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
A passion for dealing with customers and solving complex, time-critical problems
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks
A positive work ethic, attitude and someone who has a passion for customer excellence
