Report directly to Sr. Director - Head of L&H Accounting and support Head of Accounting in accounting department including accounting & Tax, Insurance Accounting, General Accounting & Payments

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

1) General Accounting

• Provide guidance and suggestion in preparing bank reconciliation, defining the outstanding differences between cash book and bank statement, and performing adjustment for account balance
• Provide guidance and suggestion in managing company’s fixed assets by ensuring the alignment with the guideline and procedures and providing the fixed asset reports
• Provide guidance and suggestion in performing G/L posting

2) Accounting System Operator

• Being a super user for accounting system and solve a day-to-day problems on system
• Ensure that the structure set in the system can serve the need of statutory report and managerial report and scalable.

3) Tax

• Gather info and calculate corporate income tax
• Being a person to check the rule with tax consultant

4) Project handling

• Being a member of relating projects
• Lead on Accounting & Finance process improvement

5) Policy Related Accounting

• Ensure that premium recording and policyholder’s benefits payment are performed in alignment with company’s guideline and procedures
• Follow up and review long outstanding transactions and set action plan to reduce such long outstanding

6) General Payment

• Provide guidance and suggestion in managing payment requisition forms, tracking to ensure that all payment requisition forms are aligned with the budgeting and procedures, and maintaining payment information into Accounting System
• Ensure that all competed payment files are submitted to Treasury & Cash Management to proceed payment process (e.g. DCA, Cheuqe) with accuracy and in timely manner
• Manage team to ensure that all payment related reports are provided and submitted to the relevant departments accurately according to the timeline and the requests
• Manage team to ensure that all tax payment documents are provided and submitted to Revenue Department for tax payment process with accuracy and in timely manner

Must Have

• Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, or other related fields in insurance or banking business
