Job Summary

Summary Responsible for underwriting function for New Business and PoS to ensure accuracy and SLA completion and compliance with department/company direction and strategy. In addition, this position requires to support for product development, system enhancement, and UW projects

Your Days at Allianz Ayudhya

1) Strategic and performance management

• Ensure all underwriting activities are performed according to company's policies and guideline.
• Technical Service / Sale support to internal and external customers
• Provide underwriting consultancy services to the internal parties (e.g. group department and claim department) and external parties (e.g. Agency/Banc)
• Work with relevant parties to cover; UW project and system enhancement
• Handling the questions / compliant and providing the information regarding to the underwriting decision, according to the requests from customers and sales channels

2) Technical Service / Sale support to internal and external customers

3) Services / Process improvement

• Review BUNPS score reporting and identified area for improvement
• Review SOP annually to ensure up-to-date and complianc

Must Have

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Life & Health underwriting with experience as team supervisor
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business of Sciences (Medical Technology)
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage
