Information Security and Third Party Risk Management Expert

Job Role: As the Information Security and Third Party Risk Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in managing the Information Security Framework and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle locally. You will ensure compliance with Allianz Services' security standards and the efficient implementation of TPRM policies in the entity. Your responsibilities will include adapting security requirements, developing internal security content, managing TPRM inventory, and supporting audits and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Security:
    • Determine security requirements relevant for projects, services, or units; obtain approval from Global or IS Officer (ISO).
    • Ensure requirements are fulfilled during the design and development phase ("security by design").
    • Support the development of security standards and guidelines considering group-wide standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead awareness campaigns to promote a strong security culture.
    • Assist in preparing audit materials, self-assessment documents, SharePoint pages, and management reporting.
    • Serve as the primary contact for IS matters within your area of responsibility.
    • Report and escalate security-related issues to the Allianz Services CISO and/or Allianz Group.
  • Third Party Risk Management:
    • Serve as a point of contact for complex risk queries, support, and guidance.
    • Manage the implementation of the Allianz Third Party Risk Management Policy.
    • Perform TPRM/Outsourcing Maturity Assessment, ensuring alignment with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal, and Security.
    • Prepare TPRM-related reports/dashboards for senior management.
    • Manage TPRM/outsourcing inventory and key supporting documentation.
    • Plan and facilitate Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for TPMR Service Providers.
    • Manage Quality Assurance over third-party RCA and control documentation.
    • Contribute to the publication of annual TPRM/Outsourcing Assurance Reports.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Information Security, IT, or related fields, with 2-4 years in Third Party Risk Management or outsourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Security Management Systems, ISO 27001, and COBIT Control Objectives.
  • University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage goals in situations with unclear structure.
  • Proactive initiative to perform research and find solutions/recommendations.
  • Team player with international experience and ability to work in virtual teams.
  • Strong communication, conflict management, mediation, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of ORGS/Open Pages, ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies and principles.
