By joining our high performing Workers Compensation team, you will be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service innovative thinking and return to work support.

About the role

• Coordinating return to work programs
• Ability to obtain early return to work outcomes
• Recovery and return-to-work focus and an ability to influence providers and treating practitioners to achieve return to work outcomes
• Ability to contribute to a positive working environment and team culture
• Flexible approach to claims management strategies
• Proven ability to break down return to work barriers

About you

• A degree or tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field e.g. (Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Counselling/Psychology/Nursing) is desirable
• Must have a WorkSafe Agent or OR experience
• Experience in Workers Compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in either personal injury, disability, or the health industry
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly developed skills in coaching, influencing, and relationship building
• A drive for change and continual improvement
• Ideally WorkSafe or TAC Training
