What you will enjoy doing

• In your role you would be located in Budapest and supportthe Head of Legal – Cluster Austria and Hungary by reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements in the fields of Sales and Procurement
• Elaborating and maintaining contract templates and general terms and conditions
• Ensuring compliance with Hungarian and EU regulatory framework
• You will act as local data protection responsible
• Also, you will represent the company (and oversee external legal support) in Hungarian administrative hearings, litigation
• Monitoring Hungarian and EU legislative changes will be part of your role
• Furthermore you will implement internal legal policies and procedures

What makes you great

• You possess a University Degree in Law (obtained in Hungary)
• You have experience as an in-house lawyer or law firm of at least 2-3 years, preferably within a large international environment or with international clientele
• You have mother-tongue Hungarian skills, written and spoken, both in everyday use and in the legal context (i.e., legal terminology)
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
• Admission to the Hungarian bar is a strong preference
• You have substantial experience in commercial and civil law, Data Protection law
• You should have excellent communication skills,critical and strategic thinking, and a strong commercial mindset
