• Building up and leading the Procurement Support Competence team
• Ensure efficient and effective support of procurement functions
• Develop/adjust and implement optimize procurement processes interfaces
• Foster a positive and productive team culture cross functional and cross country
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations in procurement and procurement processes

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven track in successfully working with international teams
• Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, data base administration
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
