Back Office Analyst - German and French Speaker (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• You will be in charge for query processing, distribution of e-mails, creating offers and other customer inquiries such as price confirmations, sales, and turnover lists
• Further, you will create and run regular reports regarding customer files
• In addition you will process changes in customer database and be responsible for the verification of customer data by accredited files (official sites); Maintain the company's customer master data processing manual
• You will enter and process all incoming orders (ERP system, e-mail) is part of your role, as well as to set up and document the order process for new customers
• In this role you will complete daily inventory check to ensure order accuracy and send customers daily or weekly inventory updates (when applicable)
• Analyze complaints and requests from customers and propose solutions
• You will request approvals, when necessary, for implement corrections and changes and communicate solutions and feedback to the customer
• Create and deliver reports required by customer and management as part of business dynamics. Also, you will maintain quality in the required standards and constantly improve the performance of processes; collaborate with team and team manager on workload and fair sharing of shared responsibilities

What makes you great

• You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mandatory advanced level of German and French language (B2-C)
• Further, good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required in this role
• Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
• You have customer support / customer service experience
• Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
• You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation projects
