Senior .NET Software Engineer / Financial Engineering

Within Financial Engineering we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer that has a passion for high quality software engineering with a lot of quantitative elements. Our proprietary structuring engine is attached to several trading platforms and responsible for structuring and issuing about a million individual financial products per year in a fully automated fashion all around the globe. Our large scale platform is operated almost around the clock in Europe and Asia and our international team has members in Zurich and Singapore. We are completely responsible for our modern application stack built on .NET9, using technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka, being hosted on OpenShift and monitored with Splunk and Grafana.

What would your role be?

• Design, implement and test software solutions to price and trade structured products
• Develop trading tools for risk management and hedging
• Work in an agile environment which lives a DevOps culture
• Close collaboration with risk management, trading and quants
• Take on support tasks (2nd level)

What are we looking for?

• Scientific background in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field
• Passion for software development in .NET / C#
• Proven track record of successful software development projects, preferably in a financial institution
• Creative and innovative mindset, keen on working with new technologies
• DevOps skills (GitOps, Helm, OpenShift, Azure)
