What do we expect you to bring?

• Graduated from undergraduate programs in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering),
• At least 3 years of experience in Non-Life Insurance,
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and team player,
• Proficient in English,
• Skilled in MS Office programs with advanced Excel knowledge,
• Experience with MSTR and SAS,
• Preferably familiar with Python,
• Strong tracking ability, quick decision-making, and capable of taking initiative.

How can you make an impact?

• Conduct reporting and analysis to provide feedback/recommendations that impact strategic decisions related to claims,
• Perform and monitor KPI/Dashboard performance reporting activities,
• Prepare internal and external financial reports on time and deliver them to relevant stakeholders,
• Manage the process of building data modeling and reporting infrastructure
• Observe existing processes to identify issues and ensure their revision as part of business system improvements.
