Responsibilities:

• Carry out all business development activities within the scope of retail P&C Business ( Motor and Non-Motor)
• Define/Formulate business development actions in line with business strategy; planning and execution of defined roadmaps,
• Contunious monitoring of market dynamics, customers/partners expectations
• Conducting negotiations with potential partners
• Conducting feasibility studies and creating business plans for the potential financial impact of business opportunities
• Coordinating and carrying out E2E business development cycle with all parties, with product, portfolio management and operation teams etc.
• Following the business processes and prepare the necessary documentation during the product development phase
• Managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners
• Taking active role in Allianz global projects and activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master Degree from Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Insurance / Banking or related departments
• Minimum of 8 -10 years of knowledge and experience in the insurance business or different sectors
• Experience in product/business development, partner management (preferably in insurance business)
• Professional competence in the use of written and spoken English
• Analytical thinker, having effective negotiation and persuasion skills
• Teamwork oriented, self-motivated, solution oriented and open minded, working within a true agile setup
• MS Office programs at an advanced level
