At Rituals, we believe in the power of storytelling and innovation. We’re looking for a CGI & AI Visual Designer with a passion for design, motion, and cutting-edge digital content creation. In this role, you will push creative boundaries, shape our brand’s visual storytelling, and help bring immersive experiences to life using CGI and AI technologies.

For 40 hours per week, you will:

• Create visually stunning, on-brand campaign assets that align with our brand identity and storytelling principles.
• Innovate by leveraging CGI and AI to develop high-quality, cutting-edge content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creatives, UX teams, and stakeholders to bring fresh ideas to life.
• Optimize content for performance across various online platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Streamline CGI & AI production processes to reduce external costs and enhance in-house capabilities.

• Master of CGI Storytelling – Skilled in crafting immersive 3D environments that seamlessly integrate our products into visually compelling, on-brand narratives.
• Design Visionary – Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Maxon (Cinema4D & Redshift a must), with bonus points for 3DS Max expertise.
• Retail Media Specialist – A strong portfolio showcasing captivating visuals tailored for retail media campaigns.
• Trendsetter in Digital Innovation – Passionate about emerging technologies, AI, and industry trends, always eager to inspire and elevate the team.
• Strategic & Organised Creator – Adept at planning, structuring, and managing projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Collaborative Communicator – Clear, constructive, and inspiring in feedback and teamwork, fostering a shared vision across disciplines.
