At Rituals, our Digital Trading team is dedicated to creating an exceptional online shopping experience. We are looking for a Senior Digital Merchandiser to enhance the commercial success and on-site performance of our category across both our website and app. In this role, you will blend strategic category management with hands-on digital merchandising, ensuring our category is optimized for both engagement and sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a digital strategy for the category, setting KPIs to measure success.
• Tracking, reporting, and optimizing key performance metrics such as online sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring high-quality digital presentation of category products, including compelling imagery, accurate descriptions, and optimal placement on the website and app.
• Analyzing and improving the online customer journey to facilitate upselling, intuitive navigation, and seamless searchability.
• Identifying trends and industry best practices to create innovative product and merchandising opportunities.

As part of the Digital Department, you will work closely with the Digital Trading team while also collaborating with innovation, supply, UX, digital marketing, and campaign teams. We are looking for a Senior Digital Merchandiser who is passionate about digital commerce and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll fit right in if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 4-6+ years of experience in digital merchandising, digital trading, digital category management, conversion optimization, or online marketing within e-commerce.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• A commercial and analytical approach, using data to drive decision-making and optimize sales performance.
• Hands-on experience with on-site merchandising tools like Algolia and analytical platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
• A critical eye, the ability to ask the right questions, and confidence in expressing your opinion.
• Availability to work 80% from the office and 20% from home as part of our hybrid working model.
