This role consists of assisting in the accounting system revamp project-post trade compliance related tasks. Additionally, you will provide a general support to business and regulatory compliance, including but not limited to provide regulatory update and business advice, perform monitoring related to compliance related matters, hold training and submit regulatory filing and ad hoc support to the team members and business.

This role is based in Taipei.

What you will do

• Assist in the fund accounting system revamp project- post trade compliance related tasks, including but not limited to coworking with other stakeholders, consolidating system requirements of investment restrictions, and testing accuracy of system setup to facilitate new system go-live
• Assist in the BAU of Investment Compliance function, such as pre/post trade alert review, system setup maintenance and investment restriction consultation
• Accountable for implementation of central policy, advice, monitoring and escalation centrally of regulatory compliance matters
• Partner with different business channels and advise business solutions
• Support procedural management
• Assist in global/regional projects and implementation of global/regional systems
• Provide other compliance support as may be requested from time to time

What you bring

• University Degree in related majors (Financial background is preferred)
• Experience in Compliance or Legal subjects for more than 5 years
• SITE/ SICE Associate Person License or Senior Securities Associate Person License is required for the position
• Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required for the position
• Good understanding of Asset Management and onshore/offshore fund business
• Strong communication skills
• Good team player
