Your tasks
Leading the order management team, monitoring and developing team performance
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with process standards and regulations
Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Preparing and analysing reports related to data processing
Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to processing
Participating in the development and implementation to improve efficiency and accuracy
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to data processing
Communication with senior management and maintaining the excellent relationships with the stakeholders
Proactively drives standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope
Participation in the transition processes and guiding the team on the best practices
Your profile
Higher education in the field of study: Business Management, Economics, Administration is preferrable
Min. 3 years of work experience in the field of order management, sales/customer operations etc. (SSC/BPO experience is perferrable)
Previous leadership/team management experience
Highly skilled in MS Office package (Excel, Power Point)
Good knowledge of SAP MM/FI and/or SAP SD module
Excellent English knowledge (B2 and higher)
Good command of the German language
Analytical skills
