Your tasks

• Identification, evaluation and support of projects in the German market for the products and services of the LAPP Group
• Coordination of quotation preparation and project management within the supply chain
• Targeted acquisition and development of new customers in the project environment
• Expansion of existing and development of new networks in the project environment
• Supporting department colleagues in identifying local projects and setting up a project funnel for downstream sales activities
• Linking strategic approaches with operational processes and effective implementation of the strategy
• Developing customer-oriented solutions together with specialised industry colleagues

Your profile

• Completed studies in economics / industrial engineering or extensive experience in a comparable position
• Sales experience and a flair for sales are required
• In-depth knowledge of project management and development, ideally in the construction/electrical industry
• Understanding of company processes, operational key figures and management systems
• Team player with a confident, assertive demeanour and communication skills
• Systematic and independent, customer- and target-orientated way of working
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quotation preparation and price calculation
• Fluent written and spoken English is part of the requirement
