A Multi Brand Assistant Business Manager will support the business manager and multi-Brand teams across multiple categories across Estée Lauder’s diverse portfolio of brands.

We are looking for passionate Assistant Business Manager that lives and breathes beauty, to create, lead and develop an exceptional customer experience while selling our market-leading products across the Skincare, Makeup, and hair care.

You will have accountability for creating and executing impactful instore and social media events, plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team.

With your passion for people, our brands, and products, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires, and delights them. Qualifications

• You will have:

• Proven assistant retail management/ store management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
• Socially savvy and trend aware
• Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
• Understand the principles of make-up artistry, beauty therapy and hairdressing, to deliver a personal shopping experience which meets the consumers beauty needs
• Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
• Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
• Build relationships and work in partnership with Sephora Beauty Crew colleagues; sharing best practice, product knowledge and working collaboratively to achieve the same goals
• Actively participate in store theme days, events, new product launches, keeping aligned to the marketing calendar
• Demonstratable ability to inspire and influence those around you through great conversation
• Proof of right to live and work in the country
