For our site in Laval we are looking for an:

Training Specialist/Electromechanics

Your role in our team

As a NationalElectromechanics Training Specialist at WITRON, you will help enhance theskills of our maintenance teams across Canada. Your main duties includecreating and updating training documents, identifying training needs, anddesigning tailored training programs. You will conduct onsite training auditsand support onsite trainers. By leading national trainer meetings and engagingin improvement projects, you will help promote a culture of continuous learningwithin our organization. Your electromechanical expertise, instructionalskills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in driving thesuccess of our maintenance operations and improving customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical Qualification with preference for Electromechanical.
• Minimum of a post-secondary education diploma.
• Good skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair of automated equipment including but not limited to conveyors, cranes, and hoists.
• Practical attitude and ability to learn new tasks.
• Language proficiency with French and English is required.
• Able to identify training needs.
• Experienced in designing and implementing training programs.
• Able to travel in Canada and outside of Canada

Your role in our team:

• Deliver training related but not limited to all maintenance aspects.
• Create and keep up to date training documents.
• Participate in the development of new procedures and official documents.
• Perform onsite training audits and maintenance knowledge level assessment.
• Host national trainer meeting, performance, and improvement related meetings with Canadian Maintenance members.
• Support Onsite trainers.
• Participate actively on improvement projects.
