Your tasks
Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of e-mobility and charging infrastructure for the industrial and project sector as well as developing and implementing long-term strategies for market launch and expanding our market share
Analyzing market trends, customer needs and the competitive environment in order to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and derive suitable measures
Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and networks with key players in the e-mobility industry, including suppliers, customers and technology partners
Collaborating with the Research & Development, Production and Marketing departments to develop and launch new e-mobility products that meet the needs of the industry sector
Supporting the sales team in the development of sales strategies, customer acquisition and maintenance of key customer relationships as well as independent implementation of these measures
Leading projects for the introduction of new products or services, including the creation of business cases, budget plans and schedules
Conducting contract negotiations with customers and partners, including the preparation and presentation of offers
Preparing regular reports and presentations for sales management on the progress and results of business development activities
Your profile
At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the field of e-mobility, charging infrastructure, industry or a related technology area
Degree in business administration, engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
Deep understanding of e-mobility technologies and their applications in the industry, charging infrastructure as well as an extensive network in the industry
Strong ability to develop and successfully implement long-term business strategies
Strong negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a goal-oriented and assertive personality
Experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an international environment
High willingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
