The Product Taxation and Operational Tax team takes care of any product related tax subject and ensures compliance with the applicable tax regulations. In addition, we handle operational tax related queries and perform an oversight function regarding operational tax processes. These queries are related to the tax documentation of the funds, withholding taxes and tax compliance obligations in investment countries or the fund’s domicile.

This role is based in our Frankfurt office.

What you will do

• Actively support the team in the daily business as well as projects
• Follow and understand the Operational Tax processes
• Monitor, process and report tasks regularly
• Support change projects
• Work together with external service providers.

What you bring

• You are reliable, precise, flexible and self-organized
• You have very good communication skills
• You are fluent in German and English both written and spoken, and further languages like French are a plus
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel and MS Outlook
• You are available on at least 2 days a week
• You are motivated, can work without close supervision and have self-starting capabilities.
