We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Account Technology Manager (ATM) to champion our cutting-edge Custom IC Design and Verification solutions—including schematic and layout capture, SPICE and mixed-signal simulation, AMS environments, variation analysis, library characterization, and IP validation.
You’ll be the go-to expert for customers across Silicon Valley, helping them unlock the full potential of our Solido Platform to design faster, analyze smarter, and work more efficiently.
You’ll focus on accounts in Silicon Valley, with 25–50% travel to meet customers and collaborate with teams in person.
· Shape the strategy: Work with field technical leaders to build and execute go-to-market plans that hit business goals and uncover new opportunities.
· Lead the charge: Drive account-specific technical campaigns from discovery to success—always aligned with customer needs and business impact.
· Be the connector: Partner with Account Managers to align on strategy, track progress, and turn technical wins into business growth.
· Build relationships: Become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and a strategic voice in all things verification.
· Stay sharp: Keep an eye on competitive trends and help position our solutions as the best in the business.
· A BSEE, BSCE, or BSCS (MS preferred) and 7+ years of experience in Custom IC design and verification.
· Familiarity with Custom design flows like Virtuoso, Custom Compiler, Tanner, and circuit simulators such as AFS, Eldo, Spectre, HSPICE, CustomSim-XA, PrimeSim, or others.
· Bonus points for experience with variation analysis and/or library characterization tools.
· A strong track record in technical sales or pre-sales AE roles.
· Excellent skills in prospecting, campaign execution, and customer engagement.
· Top-notch communication, planning, and leadership abilities.
