As a Courier Coordinator, you’ll be part of a dynamic team ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. You will directly support couriers, manage shift planning, and contribute to the overall success of the delivery process.
Your Tasks
Courier Management: Coordinate shifts, supervise and motivate couriers, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure high standards.
Operational Efficiency: Assist with shift planning, resource forecasting, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure agreements are met.
Onboarding: Help onboard new couriers, courier captains, and coordinators.
Health & Safety: Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards in the hub.
Operational Support: Manage hub operations, handle equipment, ensure maintenance, and keep records of incoming and outgoing equipment.
Your Profile
Student status: You are currently enrolled at a university.
Language skills: You have basic language skills in German (B1 level) and have good English skills.
Experience: Previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Key skills: You are reliable, proactive, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Work schedule: You are available to work afternoon and evening shifts (14:30 – 22:30) and can rotate with two other coordinators to ensure full coverage (Mon-Sun).
Location: You are based in or near Düsseldorf and can work on-site.
