Within the practice area Technology Transformation & Strategy we are currently looking for an IT governance and IT regulatory professional to join a growing and diverse consulting team with a specific focus on IT regulatory excellence, system of governance and IT audit. Our consulting expert team focuses on:

• Securing operational Resilience for global Allianz Group entities
• IT regulatory trend radar and regulatory impact and fit-gap evaluation
• Identification and analysis of IT regulatory and IT compliance trends and requirements. Assess their impact and develop effective solutions for implementation on procedural and operational level
• IT governance framework and internal control system maturity assessment
• Advising clients on potential risks and vulnerabilities in their operational resilience and information security processes and propose mitigation strategies
• IT compliance reviews to prepare our clients for audits within all IT domains including post audit remediation activities

Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Be a trusted advisor for team members and clients in the areas of Resilience, IT Regulatory / IT Governance
• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes
• Facilitate the growth and success of fellow consultants by providing mentorship and guidance
• Manage communications and project timelines within project and program management
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager within practice area Technology Transformation & Strategy
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting environment with a focus on regulatory affairs, IT Governance or IT Strategy
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent
• Excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (at minimum B2)
• Deep experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformations
• Mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• An affinity for solving problems, proactivity and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong IT affinity, coupled with a keen interest in or knowledge of insurance and financial services, as well as consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Prior Allianz Experience is considered as a plus
