Responsibilities
Support the coordination and logistics of leadership training and internal projects
Assist in maintaining and updating presentations, and documentation
Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content and tracking participation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve learning initiatives
Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement
Support the organization of internal events and learning campaigns
Assist in analysing learning data and preparing reports or presentations for stakeholders
Provide administrative support for the Learning & Development team as needed
Requirements
Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Psychology, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in Learning & Development or Talent Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with LMS platforms is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences

Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
