Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and logistics of leadership training and internal projects
• Assist in maintaining and updating presentations, and documentation
• Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content and tracking participation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve learning initiatives
• Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement
• Support the organization of internal events and learning campaigns
• Assist in analysing learning data and preparing reports or presentations for stakeholders
• Provide administrative support for the Learning & Development team as needed

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Psychology, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in Learning & Development or Talent Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with LMS platforms is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences

What we offer

• Contract location would be Bremen, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
