Manager Finance Transformation (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic manager (m/f/d) to join our Corporate Finance team and act as a key interface between Finance and IT. This role is critical in managing and evolving our financial systems landscape, driving transparency in IT-related financial processes, and supporting the digital transformation of our organization. You will be instrumental in shaping how we control, forecast and steer our operational backbone.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance business partner to IT, ensuring alignment between financial goals and technological initiatives
• Drive the ongoing evolution of the corporate financial systems roadmap, including:
  • Providing strategic leadership as administrator for corporate performance management solutions (CCH Tagetik)
  • Serving as the key point of contact with IT for the optimization and advancement of SAP capabilities
  • Championing the deployment and integration of MS Power BI to enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Orchestrating the planning and successful migration to SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring future-ready financial operations
  • Optimize the design of a product-centric financial reporting structure for IT costs
• Drive automation and data quality improvements by reducing reliance on manual Excel-based processes
• Support the financial monitoring of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring proactive and scalable project controlling
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation to reduce dependency on key individuals and ensure business continuity

Your Skills and Attributes

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or IT Business Analysis, ideally in a real estate, asset management or technology-driven environment
• Proven track record in cross-functional project management involving Finance and IT
• Deep understanding of financial systems and IT cost structures
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across functions
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Educational Background

• University degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
• Certifications in SAP, project management (e.g., PMP) or controlling are advantageous
