Experienced Service Technician - Clonmel

This is a great opportunity to join one of Irelands leading Agricultural Machinery Companies as a Service Technician in our busy site in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on world-renowned Agricultural Machinery brands including John Deere, Lemken and Kramer.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and AMS products.
• Maintain a clean work-station and assist with the overall upkeep of the workshop and correct use of tools and vehicles.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Participate in demos and training activities when required.
• Possible travel to the UK/Germany/Italy for training and developing skills & knowledge on the products that we carry.
• Travel to perform diagnostics and repairs off-site, when required.
• Ensure all administration relating to work is completed i.e. job cards, timesheets etc.
• Perform pre-delivery set up on new and used equipment.
• Mentor apprentices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience performing service repairs is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to operate machinery, perform diagnostics and carry out repairs.
• Good customer relationship skills.
• Excellent teamworking mentality.

Training and support will be provided, and remuneration will be discussed during the interview process.
