• University degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational business or management consulting

• Your experience in project and program management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout

• Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels

• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks

• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team and your drive to train and help others grow

• Your excellent command of English

• Your knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques

• The annualized base pay range for this role is $130,000-180,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the ATA total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, ATA also offers eligibility for an incentive-based annual bonus.
