Customer Service Officer Taiwan

Summary

The role involves supporting the immediate supervisor and the Logistics Manager in Hong Kong for ensuring timely and efficient customer deliveries that uphold high levels of satisfaction. It requires adherence to Belimo's Mission and Values as outlined in the Employee Handbook, alogn with compliance with both company and legal regulations regardin glabor, safetly, and quality standards in the workplace. This position is based in the Belimo Taiwan office, and candidtes with more experience may be considered for a managerial role.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff in various subsidaries (Hong Kong, Americas, Switzerland etc.) to ensure timely packaging and shipment of orders
• Communicate effectively with sales and customer to resolve order-related issues
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all orders and shipments
• Analyze and report data related to sales orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Facilitate and manage forecasting of order book conversation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Who You Are

• A relevant Bachelor's degree or above in Business, logistics or management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in order fulfillment, procurement, logistics or a related field, preferablity in manufacturing filed for sizable organizations
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to details
• Good written and verbal communication to interact effectively with customers, sales teams and logistics in English and Chinese
• Identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and inventory management
• Familiar with SAP and other relevant tools for tracking, processing and delivery of sales orders
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
