Responsibilities
Join our team as Senior Product Manager (all genders) and shape the future of TeamViewer Frontline - one of the world’s leading Augmented Operations platforms. Are you passionate about emerging technologies such as Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence, and eager to translate them into business-critical solutions for industrial workforces? If so, TeamViewer wants to meet you.
Bring a deep understanding of users, customers, markets, and competitors, especially in AI-driven, enterprise operations
Formulate and communicate the product strategy, create and own the product roadmap, create ideas for new features and products based on in-depth discovery work
Specify the Product, manage the delivery and launches, and continuously observe the success of the Product and translate your insights into improvements
Be the go-to-person for your Product, communicate strategy and roadmap, and influence all stakeholders from R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Solution Delivery and Business Development.
Translate industry AI trends into hands-free expert guidance: Lead the integration of multimodal LLMs, real-time computer-vision object recognition, and multilingual speech/translation to deliver context-aware, on-device recommendations for technicians.
Automate knowledge capture and workflow creation: Apply generative AI to record sessions, generate annotated AR overlays, and continuously update self-help libraries, driving faster onboarding and higher first-time-fix rates.
Requirements
A university degree in a technology or business-related field
Several years of solid experience in B2B Software Product Management role, or background in consulting with focus on logistics
Ability to lead multiple stakeholders
Confidence to represent the organization both internally and externally
Hands-on mentality combined with willingness to multi-task to get things done
Excellent communication skills backed by the ability to influence
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
