💼 Customer Service Representative – Full-Time (Onsite)

📍 Concord, ON | 💰 $50k - $58k + Incentives🕒 Monday–Friday | Full-Time | HYBRID (post training period) | No sponsorship available

You'll be working in an office setting within a manufacturing facility, collaborating with our sales, warehouse, quality, and credit teams to support customer satisfaction and business success.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding material and order status

• Coordinate issue resolution across departments (sales, warehouse, finance, quality, etc.)

• Support sales efforts and monitor progress toward team goals

• Complete accurate order entry and assist with quotes

• Help maintain reports related to issues, orders, and customer activity

• Participate in a team that values fun, support, and accountability

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• A positive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to grow

• Ability to work full-time, onsite in Concord, ON

• Legally eligible to work in Canada – we are not able to provide sponsorship for this role

• College diploma or degree

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, sales, or purchasing environments

• Familiarity with quoting and ERP/order entry systems
