Principal Service Delivery Manager

Principal Service Delivery Manager

What you do

  • E2E delivery accountability for CHANGE for a (group of) program/ project(s) within Infrastructure at agreed budget and quality
  • Ensures client satisfaction with delivered infrastructure services for Change
  • Works with BTM to ensure appropriate target design
  • Adheres quality gate criteria for deliverable acceptance (handover to RUN)
  • Supports demand forecast planning
  • Reviews and provides feedback to Program Manager on progress and performance
  • Acts as single point of escalation for factories on project delivery
  • Escalates delay, issue on Change project delivery as per the escalation matri

IT Project:

  • Manage RUN projects as expectations related to the stakeholders and business owner.
  • Manage the project scope and deliverables to meet targeted objectives.
  • Provide first-level support for critical applications in Allianz Partners
  • Deliver monthly report to the stakeholders and business owne

What you bring

  • At least 10 years’ experience IT Operation with support numerous in HW/SW/Application.
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience working in ITSM Framework
  • Deep technical understanding of owned IT Infrastructure
  • Holistic management approach to ensure globally aligned demand
  • Experience with delivery processes and relationship management
  • Extensive process and project experienc
  • Experience with delivery processes and relationship management, enhanced by AI solutions.
  • Extensive process and project experience, including AI-driven project optimization.
  • Good attitude and working under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal, oral, and written in English.
