• Compliance Champion: Ensure 100% adherence to ADR regulations, Euro standards, and national/international legislation for all vehicles, while maintaining accurate certifications and documentation
• Operational Expertise: Oversee proactive maintenance, inspections, and repair activities to maintain a reliable fleet that's always ready for deployment, equipped with the latest safety and anti-theft technology
• Cost & Investment Strategist: Manage fleet budgets efficiently, present investment plans for fleet enhancements, and optimize processes for quality and savings
• Leadership & Partnerships: Collaborate with external suppliers and maintenance facilities while delivering impactful training on legal regulations and fleet management best practices
• Sustainability Advocate: Execute innovative strategies to reduce emissions, optimize fuel consumption, and prepare our fleet for zero-emission zones
• Safety Leader: Investigate fleet-related incidents and implement recommendations to continually improve transport safety standards

What makes you great

• Experienced Leader: 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or transport/logistics, combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management
• Regulatory Expert: Strong understanding of ADR transport regulations and legal requirements, ensuring compliance across operations
• Skilled Communicator: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively
• Qualified Driver: Possess a driver’s license B (License C is a plus).
• Digital Skills: You excel in using advanced tools and their powerful functionalities. Yourcuriosity drives you to stay ahead, participate in innovative digital and AIprojects, experiment with new technologies, and streamline processes throughvirtual collaboration
