What responsibilities will you have:

• Development, implementation and supervision of the risk management framework in accordance with ASF regulations and Allianz Group standards
• Identification, assessment and monitoring of all risk categories: operational, market, credit, underwriting, reputational, etc.
• Coordination of the ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) process
• Regular reporting to the executive management, board of directors, relevant committees and regulators
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and Solvency II requirements and reporting
• Develop an organizational culture based on risk awareness and management
• Supervision of the risk management team and collaboration with key departments (actuarial, compliance, internal audit)
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate risk management practices into decision-making processes and strategic planning.
• Lead initiatives to improve risk management tools, methodologies and system.

What we expect from you:

• Completed higher education in economics, finance, actuarial science or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the risk field, preferably in insurance or the financial sector
• Solid knowledge of ASF, Solvency II regulations and best practices in risk management
• Analytical, strategic and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive level
• English language – advanced level
• Basic familiarity with available AI tools, such as ChatGPT
