What responsibilities will you have:
Development, implementation and supervision of the risk management framework in accordance with ASF regulations and Allianz Group standards
Identification, assessment and monitoring of all risk categories: operational, market, credit, underwriting, reputational, etc.
Coordination of the ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) process
Regular reporting to the executive management, board of directors, relevant committees and regulators
Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and Solvency II requirements and reporting
Develop an organizational culture based on risk awareness and management
Supervision of the risk management team and collaboration with key departments (actuarial, compliance, internal audit)
Collaborate with senior management to integrate risk management practices into decision-making processes and strategic planning.
Lead initiatives to improve risk management tools, methodologies and system.
What we expect from you:
Completed higher education in economics, finance, actuarial science or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in the risk field, preferably in insurance or the financial sector
Solid knowledge of ASF, Solvency II regulations and best practices in risk management
Analytical, strategic and leadership skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive level
English language – advanced level
Basic familiarity with available AI tools, such as ChatGPT
