About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demand Generation Manager to drive marketing initiatives in the Japan Market. As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create and run marketing campaigns to boost awareness and demand for TeamViewer in Japan.
  • Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with market needs and sales goals.
  • Use channels like digital ads, events, webinars, emails, content, and social media to reach the right audience.
  • Manage campaigns from start to finish—planning, running, improving, and tracking results.
  • Adapt global marketing campaigns for the Japanese market, considering local culture and preferences.
  • Team up with product, content, design, and sales teams to craft clear, effective messaging.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitors to find new marketing opportunities.
  • Represent TeamViewer at events to boost visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation or marketing, ideally in tech/software.
  • Skilled in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and using metrics to guide decisions.
  • Clear communicator and team player; works well with different teams and partners.
  • Focused on results with a proven record of meeting goals.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Open to occasional travel in the region.
