What you will enjoy doing

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Transport Operations Team in Dublin, leading a team of skilled drivers who are essential in delivering our products to our customers
• You will manage and inspire a team of drivers to consistently provide exceptional service, while ensuring they have the tools, skills, and support they need to thrive
• Driving efficiency as you oversee transport operations, costs, and implement exciting improvements to enhance the way we work
• You will champion safety & compliance to ensure we uphold the highest safety standards and requirements, fostering a safe workplace for all whilst ensuring we meet statutory and company regulations in everything we do
• Collaborate and grow as you work with multiple teams across the organisation to ensure a smooth delivery service, identify new opportunities, drive growth and enhance customer relationships
• Furthermore, you will develop and empower a team, as you will recruit, train and support them to achieve high performance, foster collaboration, growth and ongoing development

What makes you great

• You have previous management experience ideally within transport, operations or logistics management, including people management responsibilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build positive relationships regionally and nationally
• Your leadership sees you inspire teams, foster collaboration, support development, and deliver great results
• Commercially savvy with good level of financial awareness, enabling you to make strategic choices and deliver meaningful impact
• Ideally, you have a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) qualification
• If you have an ADR license that would be great, but we can provide the relevant training for this
• In addition you can demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and business ethics
