What you will enjoy doing

• As a manager, you will manage, operate and develop variable compensation programs within the group and regional policies
• Manage pay out from LTI (Long term incentive) schemes for executive population and act as key user for Linde’s equity program third party portal
• Facilitate job evaluations and assess grading in connection with new positions or organization changes, supervise, maintain and develop the Linde and regional C&B processes in SAPHRON
• You will manage annual salary reviews together with the local HR managers, act as system owner for the regional salary planning tool and ensures smooth processing of the global salary planning process (GSP)
• Manage annual variable compensation programs (global, regional and Sales Incentives), manage mobility and compensation & benefit calculations for International Assignee’s in RAF
• Additionally, you manage medical aid, pension schemes and systems in RAF in co-operation with external partners, support RAF HR Director and business managers with C&B related matters and statistics

What makes you great

• You possess a university degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or similar
• You have Project management experience, and you have gained at least 10 years operational and strategic working experience in an international Compensation &Benefits environment
• You are a professional team player, and you have good communication and presentation skills and cross functional collaboration
• You have high level of integrity and stress tolerance
