Your new responsibilities

• Supporting CYS Management by developing reporting applications
• Taking ownership of smaller assigned projects and driving them forward with guidance from the team
• Evaluating statistical data and information
• Supporting the organization of workshops and events
• Coordinating project meetings

Your talents and experience

• Enrolled at a Swiss University or University of Applied Sciences in the fields of business administration, economics, innovation, communication, or a technology-related field
• You are at least in your 2nd semester of your bachelor's studies or a recent bachelor's graduate, with the intention and plan to enrol in a master’s degree as your next step
• Preferably gained initial professional experience in a corporate environment or a similar field (e.g., internship or working student role)
• One year plus with Project management experience and proficiency in the main Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and other reporting applications are among your strengths
• Possess a “digital first” mindset
• High motivation, intercultural competence, and an open attitude, as the team is regionally distributed
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Be able to work between 60% to 100%
