About the Job

Allianz Technology is seeking an experienced and Strategic Communications Expert to join our Global Communications team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of high-impact communication strategies that align with our business priorities, internal transformation, and global reach.

Working closely with the Team Lead of Corporate & Regional Communications, you will play a pivotal part in building a cohesive communications environment – strengthening the bridge between our global narrative and local implementation across our branches worldwide.

What you do

• Support the development and execution of a unified global communication strategy that aligns with Allianz Technology’s strategic direction and ensures localization across branches.
• Collaborate closely with global and regional communicators to align local communications with global narratives, tailoring them to audience needs.
• Act as a key liaison and partner to local communication teams, promoting cross-learning and knowledge sharing.
• Support CEO communications, including speech writing, talking points, social media content, and strategic messaging through impactful storytelling.
• Lead internal communications for major organizational changes, such as updates to the Allianz Technology Board of Management (BoM) or Executive Management Team (EMT).
• Lead high-priority, project-based communications efforts, quickly mobilizing strategies for time-sensitive or high-impact programs.
• Foster a communications culture rooted in insight and innovation by leveraging data, capabilities/upskilling, and continuous improvement, while continuously monitoring trends and best practices in communications and stakeholder engagement.

What you bring

• A seasoned communications professional with 10+ years of international experience across financial services, consulting, and technology sectors.
• Strategic in your thinking, yet hands-on in your delivery – able to move seamlessly from shaping vision to executing day-to-day communications with precision.
• Proven experience leading complex communication initiatives in highly matrixed, global organizations.
• Adept at supporting and influencing C-suite executives, especially in crafting high-impact messaging.
• Experienced in both internal and external communications; a natural storyteller who combines creativity with business acumen, data insights, and a strategic mindset.
• Skilled at working across markets and time zones, able to unify diverse voices while enabling local relevance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native level English.
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
