We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong SQL and accounting knowledge to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

· analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

· develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases

· collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

· create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

· assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field

· proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment

· strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management

· solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis

· proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

· excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· strong communication and interpersonal skills

· ability to work independently and as part of a team

· detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Preferred qualifications:

· experience in insurance or financial industry

· knowledge of ERP systems and financial software

• certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or SQL (e.g., Microsoft SQL Certification)
