Job Description

• During your internship you will assist in the development and introduction of a cloud-based CRM system and linked Forecasting tool from business department side.
• In an agile project environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• You will evaluate system and reporting requirements and suggested solutions.
• Furthermore, you will execute and document system tests of implemented work packages. You will test implementations with our global team to guarantee best possible system performance for all users.
• Finally, you will retrieve, analyze, and prepare data from different sources to ensure a successful migration of present data to the new system.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Excel; experience in VBA; good knowledge of databases and experience with SAP ERP is an advantage
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at quickly grasping complex issues, analyzing them effectively, and organizing tasks to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively within a team
• Languages: very good in English and German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 3 - 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
