What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers, sales by solving customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business
• Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained
• Furthermore, guide the customers through the Webshop
• You will transfer queries and claims to the corresponding department according with internal rules and processes
• Understand the responsibility of Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environment Policies and other policy types communicated by organization

What makes you great

• You have minimum required Secondary school (High School)
• You show Customer Service experience (customer support, handling customer complaints)
• You possess SAP/ERP Basic Knowledge/Salesforce (preferred)
• Language spoken in native or C2: French and English level B1 (preferred)

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
