In this exciting role, you’ll learn how to:

• Plan like a pro – Set smart goals, map out your customer game plan, and make every move count
• Talk the talk – Master the art of conversation, build connections, and become a customer’s go-to person
• Ask the right questions – Discover what customers really need and show them how we’ve got the perfect solution
  
• Pitch with power – Present ideas that wow, handle objections, and close deals with confidence
• Team up – Work with awesome people across the business to make magic happen for our customers
  
• Go digital – Use smart tools to research, plan, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes

What makes you great

• England and Wales: You have five GCSEs grade A*–C (9–4) and a minimum of two A-levels or a level 3 equivalent qualification
• Scotland: You have five National 5 qualifications at grade A*–C and a minimum of two Scottish Highers
• You have to have resided within the UK or Scotland for a minimum of 3 years, aligned to the apprenticeship guidelines
• You have a passion for developing and learning new skills and knowledge
• You bring a collaborative spirit and enjoy working with others as part of a team
• Lastly, you have a good level of communication skills
