Supporting internal communications for Corporate Communications department.

You'll be responsible for:

Internal Communications:

• To assist in managing timeline and execute the production of monthly e-newsletter by coordinating with all relevant departments for content and info.
• Assist in planning, organising and executing internal events (eg: townhall) for employees andother relevant, internal stakeholders.
• To assist in managing intranet sites and pages.
• To assist in sending weekly news to regional office.
• To assist in executing ad hoc requests from regional office when needed

External Communications:

• To assist in translating and copy checking BM press releases, product collaterals, campaign material when needed.
• To assist the team in special projects and ad hoc requests when needed.

Important to your success

• Possessing or Pursuing a Diploma / Degree in related field of studies
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and verbal)
